Ancestry Library Edition:

A great resource to research your ancestors. Please be aware that this site can only be accessed from the White Cloud Community Library.

Birth Calculator: 

Use this web resource to determine your ancestor's date of birth. Enter in the known date of death as well as age upon death and receive the calculated birth date.

Castle Garden Through Family Search:

Castle Garden is an educational project of the Battery Conservancy. This free site offers access to an extraordinary database of over 11 million immigrants from 1820 through 1892, the year Ellis Island was opened. Over 100 million Americans can trace their ancestors to this period of immigration. 

DNA Testing Guides:

This guide helps you through the process of DNA testing, from determining which kit is best for you, to understanding your results. If you are planning on trying a DNA test, this is the right resource for you!

Find a Grave Card Catalog:

This database will assist you in finding the location of a gravestone of who you are searching, and may also include a picture of the stone.

German Roots: 

In addition to being a terrific starting point for pursuing your German ancestors, this handy site includes lists of links to I.S. military records and death records of interest to all genealogists.
