Reciprocal Borrowing Policy

The White Cloud Community Library will provide reciprocal borrowing privileges to Lakeland Library Cooperative card holders from libraries providing reciprocal borrowing privileges to White Cloud Community Library card holders (effective 01/01/94)

The White Cloud Community Library will provide interlibrary loan service free-of-charge to libraries providing like services free-of-charge (or providing credits for like service). Libraries charging a fee per interlibrary loan item (and not issuing credits for White Cloud items borrowed) will be charged an equal fee for items inter-loaned from the White Cloud Community Library.
